~shortwave

～shortwave is a radio show that combines discussions and DJ sets. The conversations are carried out informally, overlaid with a selection of music.

While the show features both spoken word and music, it always takes place in an intimate acoustic context, giving listeners the impression of being there with us at the local bar, in a living room over tea, at the back of a club or in the courtyard of a building.

#1 Thursday 16th November 2023

In this first episode, we feature a recording of our friend Arthur at the Gecko Bar, Place Saint-Géry 16, Brussels, during a lively discussion about UAPs (Unidentified Aerial Phenomenons) and recent revelations at the United States congress.

#2 Thursday 11th January 2024

For the second session, Tod visited Le Perchoir to recite some of his preferred entries from the Larousse 2001 Dictionary. Our conversation extended to a two-hour take, discussing together each of the words he selected. Luckily, his next rendez-vous was just a five-minute walk from ours, so he arrived just in time.
